Spring is definitely my favourite time of year on the farm, closely followed by autumn because autumn purely because summer is over 🙂 Beautiful sunny days mixed with occasional rainy ones to give the paddocks a boost before the end of the growing season – the air just hums with life and you can almost hear the grass grow!
We could certainly still do with more rain to fill the tanks though as we are still well under the annual average.
The girls are very much enjoying adventures into the house paddock under the watchful eye of Indiana Jones. They are all growing and developing really well and will be turning one soon.
We are very much looking forward to their first kidding season in 2025, and can’t wait to see what they all produce with Presley.
