Well after what seemed forever looking for a suitable new showjumper for Miss B, this gorgeous Arabian Warmblood hunk has come for a trial from a friend to see how the two of them get along. It was a close contest between Jackson and a stunning young chestnut thoroughbred gelding owned by another friend who I have watched grow up since he was a yearling, but at the end of the day we decided Miss B needed a more educated mount, so Jackson has come for a trial.
He did some pony club, low level eventing, trained over A grade cross country jumps, mustered cattle up north with helicopters and was actually born in Queensland from an A grade Showjumping mare. He has a dash of Percheron blood mixed with French Anglo and is fairly closely related to Victory Salute, one of Australia’s greatest dressage horses.
I can’t wait to see how this pair go together 🙂
