Beautiful old boy Bolt and his littermate brother Zeke are showing their age lately, it’s hard to believe that they will be 14 years old this year. Bolt and Indi have turned into the best of friends, bringing Indi into the family has given Bolt a new lease on life and certainly given us more time with him.
His age is definitely showing though, with plenty of grey hairs, he is slowing down and quite arthritic, although medication helps him with that. He still loves life and enthusiastically participates in everything we do, including chasing tennis balls, although admittedly for much shorter distances nowadays.
I am conscious that our time with both Bolt and Zeke is precious and won’t last forever, so I am making sure I take plenty of photos of both of them whenever I can.
