As much as I have loved my Canon 5DIV camera, it was well and truly time for an upgrade. I am definitely not an early adopter of new technology so going mirrorless has not really been on my radar until now, but it didn’t make sense to spend the $ just to replace the gear I had. So I went with the Canon R5 and so far I am absolutely loving it for animal photography.
Definitely a steep learning curve, but it is a big enough upgrade from the 5DIV to be worth the extra cost 🙂
